As our operations grow, we’re looking for a Charter Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our passengers and charter clients.
Position: Charter Coordinator
Location: Toronto
Job Type: Full-Time (Some flexibility may be available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch charter bus trips across various routes and client needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service
- Assign drivers and vehicles based on trip requirements, driver availability, and legal limits
- Maintain accurate trip records, contracts, and billing information
- Resolve day-of-service issues quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with drivers and maintenance staff to ensure vehicle readiness
- Support safety protocols, trip planning, and driver coordination
- Work with the operations team to streamline services and improve client satisfaction
What You Bring:
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer coordination (bus industry a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and email
- Excellent problem-solving under pressure
- A customer-first attitude and a passion for accessibility and service
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak seasons or special events

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
