Overview
We're hiring a skilled automotive technician who wants more than shop floor work for the rest of their career. Peninsula Transmission & Automotive is a full-service repair shop on the Saanich Peninsula. We have a small team, which means every person has real influence over how the shop runs and where it goes.
The opportunity
Most shops don't have a plan for your career. We do. Depending on your strengths and ambitions, that could look like Shop Foreman, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or eventually a leadership role with a stake in the business.

You're a strong diagnostician who takes pride in doing the job right. Other techs come to you when they're stuck. You care about the quality of your work, not just the speed of it.
