Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our spa. We are located the heart of Niagara On The Lake. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to health and customer satisfaction. The position must be registered with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a commitment to delivering personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Current RMT registration and CMTO certification required
- Experience in a spa environment considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, stages of healing, assessment, and treatment techniques
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and guest care
- Ability to recommend additional treatments and spa services based on guest needs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including days, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- The successful candidate will also communicate any guest concerns, complaints, or health and safety issues to the Spa Director in a timely manner while contributing to a positive and professional team environment.

Pay: $67.50-$80.00 per hour
