OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate and professional Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, deliver outstanding guest services, and promote a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. This role offers opportunities to showcase a variety of aesthetic skills all while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering retail sales. A strong focus on sanitation, communication, and customer service is essential to maintain our high standards of safety and professionalism.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
High level of skill in variety of esthetic and spa treatments such as:
- Manicure
- Pedicure
- Facials
- Body treatments
- Relaxation body massage
- Brow and lash tinting
- Lash lifting
- Waxing
- Active listening
- Handling difficult conversations
- Organization and planning
- Following written and verbal instructions
- Communication in written and spoken English
- Team Player
QUALIFICATIONS
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Certification by a recognized, and preferably accredited, esthetics training center in the esthetics and spa treatments offered by The Spa at Ambleside.
- Ability to communicate effectively and with professionalism in written and spoken English.
- The following qualifications are not required to apply, but are an asset to the position-holder: CIDESCO Beauty Therapy Diploma
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong knowledge in sanitation protocols in a spa setting is required.
