Nu Image is hiring a hands-on Crew Leader / Lead Hand to join our team.
This is a year-round role for someone who enjoys a mix of equipment operation and physical work, and takes pride in getting jobs done properly from start to finish.
Our work focuses on commercial property repairs, site work, and maintenance. We provide extensive property enhancements, repair, and construction to our portfolio of commercial, industrial and multi residential clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and work alongside a crew on a variety of site projects
- Operate equipment such as power sweepers, skid steers, excavators, and many other pieces of equipment.
- Complete work including asphalt and parking lot repairs, parking lot sweeping, site cleanup, mulching, and general property enhancement/repair
- Support property improvement work where required
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Take ownership of job quality, timelines, and crew performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, site work, landscaping, or property maintenance
- Comfortable operating equipment and working hands-on
- Experience with power sweeping, asphalt repair, or site work is an asset
- AR license is a strong asset
- Ability to lead by example and keep a crew productive
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
- Dependable, accountable, and able to follow through
- Valid G driver’s license with clean record
- Reliable transportation
