About the Role
FutureSprouts Group Inc. is expanding its leadership team and is currently hiring Sales Team Leaders to drive customer acquisition campaigns in partnership with Rogers Communications.
This is a high-performance, field-based leadership role for individuals who are not only strong closers but also capable of building, training, and leading a team of 5+ sales representatives.
This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for individuals who understand performance environments and are ready to take ownership of results.
Compensation Structure
- 100% Commission-Based (Personal Sales)
- Team Overrides on Production
- Uncapped Earning Potential (High-Income Role)

Your income is directly tied to both your personal production and your team’s performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front by actively closing sales in the field (door-to-door)
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5+ sales representatives
- Conduct daily coaching, field shadowing, and performance reviews
- Ensure team adherence to compliance, scripting, and quality standards
- Drive team performance through targets, accountability, and motivation
- Support team members in achieving their first sales and ramp-up success
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Door-to-Door (D2D) sales
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience (strong asset)
- Strong closing ability and confidence in face-to-face sales
- Ability to lead by example in the field
- Performance-driven mindset with a focus on results and accountability
- Comfortable working in a commission-only, high-performance environment
- Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills

This is a field-based, performance-driven leadership position.
