JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Education degree (Elementary or Secondary)

Valid BC Teaching Certificate issued by the Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB)

Registration with the Teacher Qualification Service (TQS)

In-depth understanding of the BC curriculum

Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective instructional strategies that support the success of all learners in an inclusive, student-centered environment

Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development

Passion for creating engaging, creative, and inclusive learning environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary range is $59,711 to $109,520, with placement on the range based on length of service, FTE and qualifications in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
