POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the strategic direction, execution, and performance of marketing across our restaurant group. This role is responsible for building and guiding a high performing marketing team while driving brand growth, guest engagement, and revenue across multiple concepts.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, someone who can develop long term brand and business strategy while actively contributing to campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, and day to day marketing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, business acumen, and a deep understanding of hospitality and guest experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team across all brands and projects

Create clear priorities, workflows, accountability, and performance expectations

Foster a collaborative, creative, and high performance culture

Partner cross functionally with operations, culinary, beverage, events, people & culture, and leadership teams

Manage external agencies, freelancers, photographers, PR partners, and vendors as needed

Develop and execute overarching marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand positioning

Translating high-level brand strategies into concrete, actionable brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies

Proactively make recommendations and follow established brand strategies to improve visual and copy development, meet performance objectives, and drive operational efficiencies

Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and campaign calendars

Identify opportunities for growth, guest acquisition, retention, and brand awareness

Drive positioning and storytelling for existing restaurants and new openings

Oversee brand standards and ensure consistency across all guest touchpoints

Contribute directly to campaign development and creative execution across digital, social, email, events, partnerships, and experiential marketing

Support and oversee content strategy, social media direction, and communications

Collaborate, assist and execute promotional initiatives, seasonal programming, and special on and off premise events

Work alongside operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are operationally executable and aligned with guest experience goals

Assist with copywriting, approvals, creative direction, and project management as needed

Oversee website strategy, CRM/email marketing, paid media, SEO, and digital advertising efforts

Analyze campaign performance, guest insights, and market trends to inform strategy

Monitor KPIs including reservations, guest engagement, traffic, database growth, and ROI

Stay current on emerging technology, providers, and trends that could have a positive impact on brand online/mobile/interactive presence and incremental revenue potential

Use data and guest feedback to continuously refine marketing initiatives

Build strategic partnerships and community relationships that strengthen brand presence

Lead PR and media strategy in partnership with external agencies or internal teams

Identify opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and cultural relevance

Ensure all brands maintain a strong and differentiated voice within the market
QUALIFICATIONS:

7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands

Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple brands or concepts simultaneously

Strong strategic planning and organizational skills

Hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, CRM, partnerships, events, and brand development

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and execution

Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience
