Pivotal Staffing is hiring for a Billing and Customer Service Administrator.
MUST be bilingual French.
6 month contract
$25/hr day shift 8am-4pm
Position Summary
The Billing & Customer Service Administrator supports day-to-day billing and customer service activities for assigned accounts. This role focuses on preparing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with customer inquiries.
You will also handle incoming customer calls related to billing and service requests, helping ensure issues are addressed quickly and professionally. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in billing, accounting support, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Support
- Prepare and process invoices for customer accounts
- Review invoices for accuracy and make basic corrections as needed
- Update and maintain customer account information
- Help track outstanding invoices and follow up on missing information
- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies
Customer Service & Calls
- Answer incoming calls related to billing, invoices, and service inquiries
- Respond to customer questions in a professional and helpful manner
- Assist in resolving basic billing concerns and direct calls as needed
- Create or update service requests based on customer calls (if applicable)
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members
Systems & Administrative Tasks
- Enter and update information in internal systems and customer portals
- Check for work order approvals to support invoicing
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with basic reporting and data entry tasks
Team Support
- Work with Accounting, Service, and Operations teams to gather billing information
- Confirm basic service details when required
- Provide support to internal teams on billing-related questions
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma required
- Post-secondary education in business, accounting, or a related field is an asset but not required
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or billing role
- Experience handling customer calls or working in a support environment is an asset
- Exposure to invoicing or accounts receivable is helpful
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or customer portals is an asset

- Bilingual English/French required

Working Conditions
