We’re looking for a reliable and passionate LINE COOK/GRILL COOK to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in consistency and quality, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
-Operate grill and line stations efficiently during service
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
-Ensure proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards
-Assist with prep work and stocking stations
-Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a line cook or grill cook preferred-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Food Safe certification is an asset
