About the Role - All Insurance Ltd is looking for an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our busy personal lines team. The position is 100% in office.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service over the phone, by email, and in person.
- Maintain client files within the broker management system (Applied Epic).
- Review renewals.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- A valid Level 1 Insurance License in Alberta is required.
- A valid Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta is an asset.
Required Skills
- Previous work experience with an insurance broker in a personal insurance service role.
- Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services.
- The successful candidate will be required to pass the Level 2 license exam within 12 months of date of hire.

- Ability to work effectively on a team and individually
- Previous use of insurance company portals
- Phone and email etiquette
- Ability to speak Punjabi and Hindi is an asset.
- Training will be provided as required.
