Position
En tant que membre de l'organisation canadienne des opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, le spécialiste associé en planification de la demande/exécution de la demande est responsable d'assurer un approvisionnement fiable en produits pharmaceutiques et dispositifs médicaux canadiens sur le marché canadien. La personne facilitera le processus intégré de planification d'affaires pour sa ou ses domaines thérapeutiques ou sa franchise assignés afin d'améliorer la satisfaction de la clientèle et de s'assurer que les données de planification sont à jour et précises. Le spécialiste agit comme contact principal en planification et défenseur du client pour ses équipes de franchise. Notre équipe des opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement veille à ce que l'inventaire soit constamment disponible pour répondre à la demande des clients et que nos partenaires dans les organisations marketing, finance et fabrication établissent un plan solide de demande et d'offre afin d'assurer que nous livrons les produits au bon client, au bon endroit et au bon moment demandé.
Responsabilités
- Collaborer avec le marketing et les finances pour examiner les prévisions de la demande, les tendances historiques des ventes et comprendre les moteurs de la demande afin d'obtenir un consensus mensuel de demande.

Coordonner les efforts pour communiquer et résoudre tout problème potentiel d'approvisionnement en étroite collaboration avec la fabrication, la qualité, la réglementation, la distribution, la logistique, le marketing et la finance.

Surveiller les plans d'approvisionnement grâce à la gestion des exceptions afin de dépasser les niveaux de service à la clientèle tout en maintenant les objectifs d'inventaire et en respectant les paramètres de planification.

Vérifier et maintenir les données maîtresses afin d'assurer l'exactitude

Maintenir des systèmes de planification de la demande et de l'offre en mettant l'accent sur la précision des données

Soutenir les aspects de la demande pour les lancements de produits, l'introduction/suppression de nouveaux produits, la suppression progressive due aux changements de source d'offre et d'autres initiatives connexes

Surveiller les objectifs et améliorer la performance pour l'erreur de prévision (biais de Lag 2; Erreur R3M, IRL, etc.)

Générer divers rapports clés pour favoriser une prise de décision éclairée et atténuer les risques de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

Assurer une amélioration continue et favoriser des changements pour soutenir une entreprise en évolution et initier des changements concernant les produits assignés

Adoptez un état d'esprit d'amélioration continue avec vos pairs et les chefs d'équipe en identifiant et en soutenant les initiatives d'amélioration des processus d'affaires.

Coordonner avec l'équipe financière et l'équipe D&L pour maintenir la conformité SOX (processus IQV)

Coordonner avec D&L les besoins d'espace prévus, le rapport budgétaire annuel pour les besoins entrants et sortants
Éducation, Expérience et Compétences Requises

Doit avoir complété un baccalauréat ou une maîtrise dans l'un des domaines suivants : affaires, chaîne d'approvisionnement / logistique, biogénie, génie / biotechnologie, génie chimique, génie industriel, science des matériaux, génie mécanique ou tout autre domaine d'affaires ou d'ingénierie connexe.

Secondary Job Description
The Position
As a member of the Canada Supply Chain Operations organization the Associate Specialist in Demand Planning/Demand Fulfillment is responsible to ensure reliable supply of Canadian Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Products to the Canadian Market. The individual will facilitate the integrated Business planning process for their assigned therapeutic area(s)/franchise to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure planning data is updated and accurate. The Specialist acts as primary planning contact and customer advocate for their franchise teams. Our Supply Chain Operations team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand and partners across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan to ensure we get products to the right customer, at the correct place and requested time.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and finance to review demand forecasts, historical sales trends and understand demand drivers to deliver a consensus demand monthly.

Coordinate efforts to communicate and to resolve any potential supply problems in close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, distribution, logistics, marketing and finance.

Monitor supply plans through exception management to exceed customer service levels while maintaining inventory targets and adhering to planning parameters.

Verify and maintain Master data to ensure accuracy

Maintain demand and supply planning systems with a focus on data accuracy

Support the demand aspects for product launches, new product introduction/deletion, phase-in phase out due to supply source changes and other related initiatives

Monitor of targets and drive performance improvement for Forecast Error (Lag 2 bias; R3M error, IRL, etc.)

Generate various key reports to drive informed decision-making and mitigate supply chain risks

Ensure continuous improvement and drives changes to support an evolving corporation and initiates change regarding assigned products

Engage in a continuous improvement mindset with peers and team leaders by identifying and supporting business processes improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with Finance team and D&L team to maintain SOX compliance (IQV process)

Coordinate with D&L on forecasted space requirements, annual budget report for inbound and outbound
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- Must have completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following: Business, Supply Chain / Logistics, Bio engineering, Engineering / Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or any related Business or Engineering field.
