POSITION TITLE: Chiropractor for Multi-disciplinary Clinic
We are a growing healthcare organization with several clinics within the Greater Toronto Area. Our organization provides a wide spectrum of medical services and products within the healthcare industry. We are currently looking for Registered Chiropractorto join our Multidisciplinary clinic located Scarborough, Thornhill, Whitby, and/or North York (The applicant has the option to work at one or multiple locations) . RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessing a patient's physical abilities and needs

Developing a treatment plan according to the patient's individualized needs

Complete OCF 3, OCF 23 and OCF 18 for patients

Prepare medical reports and assessments

Implementing programs including therapeutic exercise, manipulations, education, and the use of electro-therapy

Therapeutic and other mechanical equipment and hydrotherapy

Providing consultation or injury prevention and health promotion
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Experience with insurance procedures (WSIB, EHC, MVA) would be a strong asset
- Performance oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Commitment to quality care and service delivery
- An interest in helping people with physical disabilities and injuries
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary health care team
