CSL Silicones Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Millwright to join our Production team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations
Shift
- Full-time, Monday to Friday from 6:55am to 2:55pm
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities and inspections.
- Complete welding, fabrication, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler, chiller, and compressor systems.
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Red Seal Industrial Millwright certification (or equivalent).
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with welding, fabrication, and industrial maintenance.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently, lift up to 75 lbs, and work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
