Our front desk role goes beyond standard clerical work, often acting as a bridge between patients care and luxury hospitality. You must be polished, well spoken, able to deliver white glove service. You naturally make the effort to have a sleek & styled appearance while being sharp and sophisticated. Computer savvy proficient with digital technology.
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our reputable Plastic Surgery office. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a smooth patient experience and white glove service. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with medical and procedures, and proficiency in electronic medical records systems. Prior experience in medical front desk operations is an asset but not required similar position is required.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages efficiently
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including insurance verification and documentation
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for consultations, treatments, and follow-up visits
- Prepare and organize patient charts and documentation for procedures
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care flow
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and managing correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting, preferably with plastic surgery or dermatology practices and asset not a must.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to plastic surgery and healthcare environments
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Prior experience with office management software and administrative tasks
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a focus on patient service excellence

Pay: $52,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
