Navacon Construction is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to lead field crews on municipal sewer, water, road, highway, and commercial/industrial site servicing projects in Brantford, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and coordinate field employees on active construction sites
- Provide daily safety leadership and enforce site safety protocols
- Oversee project execution, quality control, and schedule adherence
- Manage crew performance, equipment, and subcontractors
- Handle cost control, daily reporting, and communication with project management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction (municipal sewer/water/road)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices and relevant legislation
- Valid driver's licence required
