YOUR MISSION

Record marketing expenses and costs related to show sales and follow up with clients
-
Assist your colleagues with accounting tasks related to touring shows and ensure that transactions under your responsibility are properly recorded (accounting entries, intercompany allocations)

Reconcile reseller sales and follow up on them (preparing reports and invoices, journal entries, contacting resellers)

Prepare invoices for designers (royalties) and make the related journal entries

Prepare end-of-month analysis files to support accounting analysts

Prepare cost reports for operations

Actively participate in the budgeting and financial forecasting process to prepare reports and import data into the financial system

Prepare audit files and tax records related to the tasks performed

Document your work procedures to facilitate handoffs with your colleagues
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

College diploma (DEC) or relevant work experience
-
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar position
-
Knowledge of SAP and Longview is a plus
-
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
-
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Enjoy working with colleagues in operations
