As part of our healthcare group, we also work closely with Horizon Cosmetic & Vein, a modern medical aesthetics and vein clinic providing cosmetic and medical treatments in a professional and welcoming environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building positive relationships with patients.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a positive first impression for both clinics
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments for Horizon Joint & Wellness and Horizon Cosmetic & Vein
- Coordinate referrals, consultations, and patient communications for both clinics
- Process payments, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with billing and invoicing
- Manage direct billing and insurance-related administrative tasks
- Assist with patient intake forms and clinic documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and administrative tasks as required
- Work collaboratively with practitioners, physicians, and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls, appointments, and patient inquiries
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Experience with scheduling software or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is an asset
- Experience in a medical, chiropractic, physiotherapy, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting is preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- A willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
