Position Overview
As a Bridal Stylist, you'll guide brides through one of the most memorable shopping experiences of their lives. This role combines exceptional customer service with consultative sales, helping brides discover the gown that perfectly matches their vision.
Success in this role comes from building genuine relationships, creating an unforgettable experience, and confidently helping customers make meaningful purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every bridal appointment.
- Build strong relationships with brides and their guests.
- Listen to each bride's vision and confidently recommend wedding gowns and accessories.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Provide professional styling advice and product knowledge.
- Assist with visual merchandising, steaming gowns, inventory, and maintaining the boutique's presentation.
- Support bridal events, trunk shows, fashion shows, and community events when required.
- Work collaboratively with the Runway Bridal team to create an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in retail sales, luxury retail, bridal, fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, hospitality, or another customer-focused sales environment.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence working toward sales goals and earning commission.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- An interest in fashion, bridal, or styling is considered an asset.
Previous bridal experience is welcomed but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Availability
This is a part-time position requiring:
- One weekday shift per week.
- One to two weekend shifts.
- Saturday availability is mandatory.
- Sunday availability is required during our busy bridal season.
- Additional availability during peak wedding season and special events is an asset.
