Best Boyz Car Wash is a locally owned Express Tunnel Car Wash built on hard work, professionalism, and team culture. We’re looking for mature, dependable individuals who want more than “just a job” — someone who wants to be part of a high-energy, high-standard workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the face of our business.
You will:
- Greet customers with confidence and professionalism
- Help customers choose the right wash package
- Promote and sell our Unlimited Wash Pass (earn commission $$)
- Safely guide vehicles into our wash tunnel
- Open and close the site with your team
- Keep the property clean, sharp, and running smoothly
- Support equipment upkeep and daily operational tasks
You’ll be on your feet, working outdoors, staying busy, and interacting with people all day. No sitting behind a desk. No boring shifts.
We provide full training — but we look for the right attitude, energy first.

- A big part of the job is focused on sales , and selling our Unlimited Memberships and single wash products to our customers. Are you confident recommending products and closing sales? Explain the experience you have in this area.
- This role involves working outdoors, year round in the heat, cold and everything in between. It also requires you being on your feet for most of your shift. Are you comfortable working in these conditions? Do you have past experience working outdoors in the elements?
- This position requires consistent attendance and punctuality. Can you commit to working 34–40 hours per week on a reliable schedule, including weekends if required?
