Bilingual Customer Success Associate – English/French (Part-Time/Hybrid)
Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Success Associate, you will be a key point of contact for our clients and end users, providing professional customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and timely follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience.
This is a part-time hybrid role based out of our Toronto office. The position is ideal for someone who is bilingual in English and French, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Bilingual Customer Success Associate to join our Toronto team.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person, by email, and over the phone.
- Identify and assess customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and timely support.
- Provide customers with step-by-step instructions or information to help resolve issues or inquiries.
- Accurately record customer information, service requests, and support details in the company’s system.
- Coordinate with internal technical, operations, or commercial teams when additional support is required.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward satisfactory resolution.
- Follow up on outstanding service cases until resolution.
- Record and relay information, schedule appointments, and confirm service arrangements as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service activities.
- Follow company procedures, support workflows, and internal SOPs to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, is required.
- Previous customer service or customer support experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional customer-service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive and professional team attitude; punctual, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Comfortable using technology, support systems, and internal communication tools.
- Able to work independently while staying closely aligned with the team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Bluebits Technologies is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
Experience
- Customer support: 1 year preferred
- Technology, property management, logistics, or service-related support experience is an asset
Schedule
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 16–24 hours per week, with 2–3 shifts per week.
Primary shift:
Monday to Friday:
- Morning Shift 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Afternoon Shift 12:00p.m - 8:30 p.m
Weekend shift:
One day weekend availability is required. The final schedule will be coordinated based on business needs and the candidate’s availability.
Training Requirement
The training period will take place in office on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Candidates must be available to attend weekday daytime in-office training at our Toronto office.
Work Location
Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M2N 1M4.
Candidates must be able to attend in-office training and occasional in-office work at the Toronto office.
Future Opportunity
This role may lead to a permanent full-time opportunity in the future, depending on business needs and individual performance.
