Pre-Fab Yukon is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced accounting professional to help build the financial foundation of our prefab manufacturing operation.
This is not a traditional accounting role focused solely on day-to-day bookkeeping. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and partnering with leadership to support the growth of an evolving business. As our Part-Time Accountant, you’ll help establish the processes, reporting, and financial tools needed to support a residential prefabricated wall panel operation as it scales.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop and implement the accounting systems, workflows, and internal processes needed to support a growing manufacturing operation
- Build financial reporting, job costing, inventory tracking, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting tools that provide meaningful insight to leadership
- Help ensure the business remains organized, compliant, and financially positioned for long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
- A CPA or experienced accounting professional with a strong background in manufacturing, prefab, modular, or construction-related industries
- Someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up and can work independently in a growing and evolving environment
- Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting
- A collaborative communicator who can translate financial information into practical business insights
