Job Description:
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, you will provide high-quality, client-centered therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will work with individuals and couplesto address a variety of mental health and emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a trusting and empathetic relationship, and supporting their ongoing journey toward healing and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and couples' therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.) tailored to the client's specific needs and goals.
- Create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring they feel empowered in their personal growth and decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with the team to share insights, seek guidance, and participate in occasional case consultations and meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health and counselling.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation
- Strong understanding of a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, narrative therapy, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Pay: $93.00-$115.50 per hour
