Pop Vocal InstructorJob Responsibilities
- Teach one-on-one and small group pop vocal lessons for students aged 16 and above.
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student’s goals and skill level.
- Help students improve vocal technique, musical expression, and stage performance.
- Follow the studio’s teaching system and maintain lesson records and student progress.
- Participate in professional teacher training and continuous development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music, Vocal Performance, Music Education, or a related field from a recognized music institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional voice training experience.
- Willing to complete the studio’s professional teacher training program and follow the studio’s teaching methodology.
- Passionate about music education, responsible, and committed to student success.
- Comfortable teaching adult students (ages 16+).
- Able to sing both Chinese and English pop songs.
- Fluent in Mandarin; Cantonese is considered a strong asset.
- Familiar with Chinese culture and able to communicate effectively with students from Chinese cultural backgrounds.
- Looking for a long-term opportunity and willing to commit for at least two years.
