Job Title: Part-Time Line Cook

Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Shift: Evening and weekend Availability Required

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen crew.
You must be available evenings and weekends.
Some kitchen experience is prefered but we will train the right person. (someone with transferable skills, strong work ethic/history, the right attitude.
We are losing to people as their time in victoria has come to an end. This means we have a full time opening and part time opening or two part timers. How this works will depend on the applicants.
We close at 10pm on Sundays and Mondays and 11pm the rest of the week. However kitchen close time is when the job is done witch is usually 15 to 45 min after close.
You’ll be preparing and cooking delicious dishes for our guests, working with a team that feels like family and ensuring that everything coming out of the kitchen is top-notch. If you love working in a fast-paced, casual environment and have a passion for food, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and runs efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience cooking in a restaurant setting
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and in a high-energy environment
- Strong time management skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a busy kitchen
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a great team
