About Delco
Delco Elevator Products is a family-owned elevator equipment supplier serving 400+ independent elevator contractors across Canada, the U.S., and Puerto Rico. We're a small, practical team in a technical industry — people here wear multiple hats, and good work gets noticed.
About the Role
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports lead generation and keeps Delco's marketing organized, accurate, and connected to sales results. You'll execute campaigns, maintain our marketing systems and content, and coordinate the moving pieces — working with direction from marketing leadership rather than setting strategy yourself.
This is not a purely creative role. It needs someone with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and comfort with systems — someone who enjoys marketing execution and the business goal behind it: more qualified leads, more quotes, more new revenue. You'll get training, direction, and mentorship from an experienced marketing lead as you grow into the role.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Execute marketing campaigns that generate leads, quote requests, and new customer interest
- Coordinate Google Ads and email campaigns through Mailchimp
- Support targeted outreach to contractors, consultants, and architects
- Track and report on marketing-driven inquiries, quotes, and revenue
Website & Content
- Keep website product content, catalogues, spec sheets, and sales materials accurate and current
- Coordinate content updates with sales, operations, and suppliers
- Help improve the quality and consistency of Delco's customer-facing materials
Sales & Event Support
- Create and update presentations, collateral, and campaign materials
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and customer visits, including logistics and registrations
- Help build Delco's reference portfolio — project photos, case studies, testimonials
CRM, Systems & Vendors
- Maintain day-to-day CRM hygiene: lists, tags, workflows, and marketing automations
- Keep dashboards and simple tracking tools up to date so marketing activity connects to sales
- Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and vendors — keep scopes, timelines, and deliverables on track, and review work for accuracy and brand fit
