Sorēlle Pilates & Wellness is seeking a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team on weekends. Our café, Sorēlle Sips, serves handcrafted espresso beverages, matcha creations, and specialty drinks within our luxury women’s wellness studio.
We are looking for someone who loves creating exceptional customer experiences, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, matchas, lattes, and specialty drinks
* Create unique seasonal and signature beverage offerings
* Provide friendly and professional customer service to studio members and guests
* Operate café equipment safely and efficiently* Maintain cleanliness of the café, lounge, and service areas throughout the shift
* Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, restock inventory, and assist with opening and closing duties
* Ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are met
* Support the overall Sorēlle experience by creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
Qualifications:
* Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required
* Passion for coffee, matcha, and wellness culture
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Comfortable working independently
