Overview
We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our busy installation crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials with precision and attention to detail. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The candidates must be able to work as team as well as individually.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing subfloors to ensure proper installation
- Measure, cut, and install various flooring materials including vinyl plank, hardwood, laminate, sheet vinyl, and carpet using hand tools and power tools
- Use caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques to ensure a clean and professional appearance
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for site preparation or material handling
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client specifications
Experience
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction roles is preferred
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment
- Strong understanding of safety procedures within the construction environment

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
