Minimum 4 years of Wills, Estates & Trusts experience
Member in good standing with the Law Society of BC
Experience preparing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Representation Agreements
Experience with Business Succession Planning
Experience with Estate Administration, Probate, and Intestacy
Ability to manage files independently
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills

We have an immediate opening for an experienced, full-time associate with a minimum of 4 years of wills, estates, and trusts experience.
You will work alongside a senior partner in building a growing Wills & Estates practice group. You have experience preparing wills, trusts, power of attorney and representation agreements, business succession planning, and estate administration including probate and intestacy.
You maintain a client-focused mindset, have superior analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy, and are able to solve complex problems using your knowledge of the law. You are likeable, hardworking, have an entrepreneurial mindset, are willing to embrace technology to bring efficiencies to your practice, and are willing to work as part of a team. You are a member in good standing with the Law Society of BC.
