EMC Eng Delegate (DAD/DAR) - Design Approval Representative/ Delegated Authority Designer

Position Summary
Acts as delegated authority (DAD/DAR) to approve and certify EMC compliance for aircraft systems.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
- 8–10 years of aerospace EMC experience
- Must hold or be eligible for DAD/DAR delegation
- Experience in Part 25 certification programs
- Strong EMI/EMC and regulatory knowledge
- Experience with EMA3D preferred
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as Transport Canada Delegate (DAD/DAR)
- Approve certification reports and compliance documents
- Interpret and apply TCCA / FAA / EASA regulations
- Lead EMC validation and compliance activities
- Evaluate aircraft-level EMI integration
- Guide engineering teams on certification requirements
- Interface with regulatory authorities
- Support certification planning and mentoring
Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
