Manac Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to support both inside and outside sales activities. This hybrid position splits your time between assisting customers at the branch and performing field visits to grow relationships and drive sales.
You will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the right parts promptly, accurately, and with exceptional service.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Promote Manac parts, accessories, programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Follow up on active quotes and open sales leads.
- Report customer insights, competitive activity, and market trends to the branch.
- Represent Manac Inc. professionally while on the road.
- Support walk in, phone, and email customers with parts identification, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, returns, and warranty claims.
- Work closely with technicians and service staff to ensure timely parts supply.
- Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Keep the parts counter, showroom, and display areas clean and well organize.
