Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely manner.
- Process insurance policy modifications according to client needs.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Experience
- Must be able to start immediately
- Knowledge or experience within the Canadian insurance industry is required
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is required
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus;
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
