- Extensive experience in the assessment, process design, and upgrade of municipal water treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, and pumping stations.

Strong technical knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes, including nutrient removal, advanced treatment technologies, residuals management, and disinfection systems.

Experience developing process design criteria, treatment train evaluations, equipment specifications, hydraulic profiles, and detailed engineering deliverables.

Proven experience completing functional designs, preliminary designs, detailed designs, contract documents, tender support, construction services, commissioning, and start-up assistance.

Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment process modelling, process control philosophies, and operational optimization strategies.

Working knowledge of relevant provincial and federal regulations, design guidelines, and industry standards applicable to water and wastewater facilities.

Ability to evaluate complex technical issues, develop practical solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively to clients, regulators, and project teams.

Compensation
$85,000 - $135,000
Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe may offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region. Dillon reserves the right to pay outside of the posted range, contingent on factors unrelated to an applicant’s gender or other status protected by provincial and/or federal law.
