The Murray Auto Group is hiring a full-time CRM Specialist to join our growing marketing department. You will lead the rollout of our new CRM platform across our 35 Canadian dealerships, train the people who use it day to day, and run the marketing campaigns that flow through it. You will report to our Marketing Manager and work closely with the rest of our small team. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, puts customers first, and can keep multiple projects moving across multiple locations.
More about the job:
> Partner with our dealerships to roll out the new CRM, from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
> Configure the CRM to match each store's requirements and our best practices, then confirm results with store stakeholders.
> Build and deploy email, SMS, and automated marketing campaigns through the CRM for our 35 dealerships.
> Deliver virtual training to administrators, managers, and end users across the store network.
> Create and maintain training materials such as quick-start guides, how-to articles, short videos, FAQs, and in-app tips.
> Answer support requests over phone, email, chat, and our ticketing system. Triage, troubleshoot, and see issues through to resolution.
> Track campaign performance over time and recommend ways to improve results.
> Document customer interactions, the steps taken, and the outcomes so account history stays accurate and handoffs are clean.
> Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve product usability, the implementation process, and campaign workflows.
What we are looking for:
> Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving and follow-through.
> Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into product configuration, and explain technical concepts to people who do not have a technical background.
> Effective time management and the ability to prioritize multiple requests across multiple dealerships in a fast-paced environment.
> Comfort working in CRM, ticketing, and collaboration tools to document work and keep records current.
> A customer-focused, service-oriented attitude and a track record of building positive, lasting working relationships.
> Ability to bring creative ideas and energy to campaign execution while working within tight deadlines and a sales objective.
> A background in marketing, marketing automation, or campaign deployment is an asset.
> Experience delivering end-user or administrator training, webinars, or onboarding workshops is an asset.
> Familiarity with implementation methodologies (project plans, milestones, UAT, go-live readiness) and change management concepts is an asset.
> Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to individuals and groups over phone, email, chat, and virtual training.
> Knowledge base or documentation writing experience (help center articles, SOPs, release notes) is an asset.
