Accomsure is the first Canadian full service Additional Living Expenses (ALE) Specialist. Accomsure manages the short term and long-term ALE requirements for policyholders allowing the policyholder the ability to focus on their basic needs while freeing up adjusters and Insurance Companies to focus on the claim.
We provide assurance and peace of mind for policyholders and adjusters during catastrophic events (i.e. Fire, Water, Flood damage), getting them back to normality as soon as possible.
Job Description: National Business Development Coordinator – Bilingual
As an important member of the Sales Team, this role will be looked upon for two areas of focus: assisting in the closing of claims through gaining approval and sign-off from both adjusters and insureds and scanning the database (CRM) for disconnected accounts to reconnect and bring them back onto the RBDM’s list of active accounts.
A third area of focus will be the creation of warm leads, ultimately passing them off to RBDMs to complete the sales cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Relationship management with Adjusters
- Client Interaction: addressing queries, managing complaints, or providing information on products and services.
- Champion of the CRM: train others, ensure optimized use, audit system for clean-up and updating.
- Sales Support Coordination: Essential support for the sales team through administrative tasks.
- Administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
- Servicing existing contacts and building a new client network to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Relationship management with adjuster clients, including attending industry networking/marketing events, including but not limited to golf tournaments, trade shows, etc.
- Assisting the Sales Team in Presenting Accomsure’s services to relevant client groups and organizing opportunities to highlight our value (e.g., lunch and learns, seminars, etc.)
- Collating the relevant information on a new claim and submitting this to the operations team.
- Assisting with claim communications to ensure the client is kept informed and updated with their job assignments where relevant.
- Collaborating with the operational team to set the scope of work for new clients.
- Working with accommodation vendors to establish new relationships to serve our client base better.
- Assisting in customer complaint resolution by helping to develop solutions and making recommendations to management.
- Data Management and Analysis: including collecting, analyzing, and managing sales data to improve business performance. Remain current on this data and report it to the National
- Business Development Manager on an established interval.
- Collaboration and Communication: you will serve as a central point of contact between the Sales
- Team and all other departments within Accomsure, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Event Planning and Management: Coordinating sales events, meetings, trade shows, lunch and learns, etc.
Education & Experience Required:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of sales experience
- Fluency in both English and Quebecois French is required
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or business administration would be an asset
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience with HubSpot is a must
