Lead the Future of Pharmacy
Elysian Pharmacy is a boutique pharmacy integrated within one of British Columbia's leading preventative and multidisciplinary healthcare clinics. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Pharmacy Manager - Director to lead our pharmacy's clinical excellence, innovation, and growth.
Working alongside physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will help build one of BC's premier preventative and specialty pharmacies by expanding clinical services, improving patient outcomes, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do
Clinical & Operational Leadership
- Lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and quality assurance.
- Deliver exceptional patient care through medication reviews, prescribing within scope, prescription adaptations, and clinical counselling.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to provide integrated, patient-centred care.
Innovation & Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to expand pharmacy services, specialty programs, and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to introduce innovative clinical services, technology, and digital health solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Grow specialty areas including compounding, hormone health, travel medicine, chronic disease management, infusion therapy, preventative health, medication synchronization, and prescription delivery.
- Build strategic relationships with physicians and community partners to strengthen referrals and expand the pharmacy's reach.
Leadership
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing pharmacy team.
- Monitor key performance indicators and lead initiatives that improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
What You Bring
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Experience leading pharmacy operations and developing clinical or business programs.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, preventative healthcare, and growing pharmacy services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
