Goodyear Cleaning Services is hiring a part-time Residential & Commercial Cleaner in Red Deer and surrounding areas.
Employees are paid from the start of the first scheduled job until completion of the final job of the day, including travel time between jobs.
We're a growing cleaning company in Red Deer with a 5-star reputation, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, follows direction well, shows up on time, and wants to help us maintain the standards that got us here. Experience is an asset, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Job Duties:
- Residential and commercial cleaning
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleans
- Deep cleaning tasks
- Following company cleaning standards and checklists

Pay Progression:
- $16/hour during paid training period (1–2 weeks)
- $18/hour after training
- $20/hour after successful completion of the 3-month probation period or earlier at the owner's discretion based on performance

Hours:
Hours vary depending on bookings and scheduling needs. Most shifts range between 4–8 hours, and employees can generally expect 15–30 hours per week.
Work is performed at client homes and businesses throughout Red Deer and surrounding areas. Most days involve multiple job locations, typically ranging from 1–4 jobs per day. Jobs are grouped by area whenever possible to minimize driving and maximize working time.
This is a part-time position, with opportunities for increased hours as the company continues to expand.
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
