Work Responsibilities:
· Checking in drivers at the dispatch window daily and auditing paper work
· Collect, and enter data for payroll
· Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals across the organization.
· Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their appropriate locations.
· Where necessary, assist in compiling data for various reports.
· Order and maintain levels for office supplies.
· Audit and scan paperwork for accuracy
· Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics, and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, subordinates, supervisors, and other key stakeholders of the company.
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
· Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the organization
Skills:
· Strong communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Advanced computer skills are required: Word, Excel, Internet, Dispatch Software (AS400)
· Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.

Payrate: $45,000 per Anum
