1-800 Radiator & A/C seeking a Delivery Driver (Independent Contractor) to join our Edmonton team. The right candidate should be a positive individual, a team player, and have a great attitude – the rest we can teach, but we can’t teach a great attitude!
Primary Responsibilities:
· Delivering parts (using your own vehicle) to customers in the local area and assisting in everyday warehouse duties.
- Working as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. The preferred vehicle required for this position is a VAN / CARGO VAN. Large SUV may be considered.
· Picking orders
· Assist to move and stacking materials
· General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
· Has great Knowledge & Experience driving in Edmonton & Area
Note: This position pays hourly, plus a flat rate per delivery. ($15/hr +$4/stop).
Avg daily distance driven: 200km. Avg weekly payout: $900-$1,200
Ideal Candidate:
· A team player, someone willing to step in and help out in all tasks and works well with others
· Willing to learn and has a positive attitude to work
· Excellent communication skills
· Previous delivery driver experience is an asset (Uber / Lyft / Skip the Dishes/ Courier)
· Previous warehouse experience is an asset
