Your Responsibilities
- Generate and manage your own leads and client relationships
- Assist buyers, sellers, investors, and renters
- Conduct property showings and client consultations
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions professionally
- Market properties and promote your services online and offline
- Build your reputation and long-term real estate business
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Ontario REALTOR® or currently pursuing licensing
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term career goals
- Ready to put in consistent effort to build income and success
Compensation
- Commission-Based Only
