Job Description
- Greet & interact with customer + Perform customer service
- Take orders from customers (POS Cashier) & suggest our menu items.
- Receive and process payments
- Prepare or serve prepared food and beverages from our menu items.
- Cleanliness of overall kitchen and help barista
- Stocking inventories such as coffee, tea, and paper products
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Lifting and/or carrying of merchandise items when deliveries received.
- Take out garbage
- Willing to take orders and help baristas with good customer service
Requirements:
- Language- English (Required)
- Food Safe Level 1
- Serving it Right(Not required but preferred)
- Multitasking
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Kitchen experience is preferred, No previous experience required.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset. Training is available.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional cleanliness and organization
- Teamwork, Friendly, Positive, Passionate about coffee
- Frequent standing, walking, bending
- Ability to lift up to 45lbs
