Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Help customers choose vape products, accessories, and e-liquids based on their needs
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
- Restock inventory and monitor product levels
- Verify customer age and follow all local regulations regarding vape sales
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable learning about vape products and accessories
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Must meet legal age requirements to work in a vape shop
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
