Gregg Distributors LP is an established and growing industrial supply company that has been serving Western Canadians for over 58 years.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to grow our order picking team in Edmonton, AB. This position is part of our Customer Service department that is responsible for picking and packing customer orders correctly and in a timely manner. Primary Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders using hands free pick-to-voice technology
- Package orders in a safe and efficient manner
- Label orders correctly using computer generated labels
- Complete orders in a timely manner to meet delivery, shipping or pick-up timelines
- Adhere to company safety policies
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well in a fast paced and physically demanding environment
- Self-motivated
- Ability to effectively work independently and/or as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks within specified deadlines
- Able to comfortably lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
Warehouse experience is not necessary but is considered a definite asset.
