Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join our beauty salon team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and body waxing, while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct body waxing treatments safely and hygienically, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatments, answer questions, and promote ongoing appointments.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of nail care services.
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and best practices for sanitation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and warmly.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while maintaining client trust.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols for beauty treatments.
- Experience in retail sales within a salon or spa setting is a plus.
