Manufacturing Production Scheduler $32 to $36 per hour
Full Time – 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Build, maintain, and adjust monthly/weekly/daily production schedules
- Works closely with all other departments to communicate and align schedules according to production and demand.
- Work in collaboration with production supervisors to coordinate the activities of production, ensuring adherence to the set schedule.
- Prioritize and direct work orders through production as needed.
- Re-order core materials on a monthly basis to replenish inventory levels.
- Material coordination: partner with purchasing and warehouse team to ensure raw materials are available before releasing jobs to the plant floor.
- ERP Management: Maintain schedule integrity within our ERP system. Adjusting job priorities, lead times, and resource groups.
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years or more experience in production control and planning in a job shop manufacturing environment.
- Disciplined in prioritization and organizing work
- Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sudden demand changes of material parts without compromising custom target delivery dates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
