Experience Forklift Operator - Shipper/Receiver
REQUIREMENT:
- Can legally work in Canada
-Has a valid forklift license from a certified training facility and not from workplace.
- Supervisor skills/experience is an asset.
POSITION SUMMARY
-Assist in the operations of Gemini Packaging warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and performing stock counts
Job Details:
-Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, attention to detail and reading shipment instructions a must
- Update warehouse inventory and tracking
- Generic knowledge of Outlook and Excel
· Reporting damages to product or equipment to the warehouse supervisor
· Replenishment of products in the warehouse from production and vice versa
-Prepare and ship orders. Complete BOL’s
· Forklift certificate plus safe operation of stand-up narrow aisle reach truck and unload/load trucks
· Other warehouse tasks as assigned such as inventory counts, cleaning and picking.
· Must be proactive and be able to work independently without direct supervision once trained and able to work full time hours without issues
· Works well under pressure with the ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
· Punctuality and attention to detail in all tasks is a must
