Sales Development Coordinator

Compensation: $32.00 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As our Sales Development Coordinator, you will become an essential part of the Sales team. You will support customers and experienced sales professionals through every stage of the customer journey, coordinating accurate order entry, quotations, customer communication and cross-functional follow-through with Operations and Logistics.

What You’ll Do: Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Build positive, lasting customer relationships through responsive and thoughtful service.
- Coordinate customer requests with Sales, Operations and Logistics.
- Develop strong knowledge of Qualitree’s products and services so you can support customers confidently.
Support Sales Excellence
- Process incoming purchase orders and prepare accurate sales quotations.
- Verify pricing, product availability and order details, then issue confirmations.
- Maintain accurate customer, order and activity records in Salesforce.
- Coordinate order changes, shipping updates and annual rebooking activities.
- Prepare reports and customer information that help the Sales team follow through effectively.
Improve the Way We Work
- Identify practical opportunities to improve the customer experience and internal workflows.
- Help develop and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures.
- Recommend ideas that strengthen communication, accuracy, efficiency and teamwork.
Contribute to the Team
- Work collaboratively across Sales, Operations, Logistics and other departments.
- Share knowledge and best practices with teammates.
- Support onboarding and process documentation as your experience grows.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organization, time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using technology, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience is an asset.
- The ability to prioritize, adapt and remain professional when demands or timelines change.
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support or administration is an asset, but initiative, curiosity and potential matter just as much.
- Experience or education in horticulture, agriculture, business or office administration is an asset.

- Compensation: $32.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with compensation reviewed annually.
- Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation per year, increasing with length of service in accordance with company policy.

Schedule
This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role. Seasonal demands and shipping requirements may occasionally require flexibility outside regular business hours.
