Sales & Client Outreach Coordinator
Advocate Fundraising (AF) is seeking a part-time Sales & Client Outreach Coordinator to support business development and client growth.
This role focuses on identifying aligned non-profit organizations, initiating outreach, and booking qualified discovery calls that support new client acquisition. It is best suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Scope of Work
- This is a part-time role (approximately 15-20 hours per week)
- Fully remote, flexible schedule
- Compensation: $22-$25 per hour, based on experience
Work may include:
- Researching and identifying aligned non-profit organizations across Canada
- Conducting outreach via email and LinkedIn to Executive Directors and decision-makers
- Booking discovery calls into the CEO’s calendar
- Tracking outreach activity and maintaining organized lead records
- Following up with prospective clients and maintaining communication
Work will vary week-to-week based on business needs, with a focus on consistent outreach activity and contributing to new client opportunities.

- Professional and thoughtful communication with potential clients
- Contributing to the growth of Advocate Fundraising’s client base through aligned outreach and opportunity generation

Experience in non-profits, fundraising, or sales is considered an asset, but not required.
