RonOvations is a growing exterior restoration and roofing company serving Manitoba, Ontario, and Alberta. We specialize in roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, insulation, emergency storm response, and insurance-related restoration projects.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can perform roof inspections, meet with homeowners and property managers, identify storm damage, prepare estimates, and help convert opportunities into completed projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections
- Identify wind, hail, and storm-related damage
- Meet with homeowners, property managers, and restoration companies
- Generate leads and close roofing and exterior projects
- Create inspection reports and document findings with photos
- Measure roofs using company software and tools
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Work with insurance-related claims when applicable
- Attend appointments provided by the company and generate self-sourced business
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Roofing, construction, restoration, or insurance experience is an asset
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Ability to use CRM software and inspection tools

Ideal Candidate
You enjoy meeting people, are comfortable working outdoors, and are motivated by earning commissions while helping customers solve roofing and exterior problems.
Pay: $32,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
