El-Air Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team.
We are a growing HVAC company that works on a wide variety of residential and light commercial HVAC projects. This is not the same job every day. One day you may be installing a furnace or tankless water heater, the next day you may be working on ductwork, a boiler system, a rooftop unit, or an attic installation.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to take on different challenges. The right person should be comfortable learning, problem-solving, and trying new things. Some days may be shorter, and some days may be longer depending on the job. We are looking for someone who understands the nature of the trade and is ready to work the hours necessary to get the job done properly.
Position Details:
Pay: $25–$39 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Company truck provided for work use
Work Includes:
Furnace installations
Water heater installations
Tankless water heater installations
Ductwork installation and modifications
Boiler installations and related piping
Rooftop unit work
Attic installations
General HVAC installation work
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
Minimum G3 gas licence required
G2 gas licence is considered a strong asset
313D or 313A licence is considered an asset
Valid driver’s licence required
Must have your own basic hand tools
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Must be comfortable working on ladders, in attics, on rooftops, and in hot weather
Must be able to work safely and keep a clean job site
Must be willing to work the hours required to complete the job properly

Higher pay will be considered for installers who can confidently work independently, run jobs, lay out ductwork, install equipment properly, troubleshoot on site, and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
